Want to try something new, get active and build confidence?Join us for a FREE Boxing Club starting on Friday 9th October at 4:30pm. 📍 Open to young people aged 10-15 years The boxing club is proudly funded and supported by Derwenthorpe Community Interest Company (CIC) and delivered with the support of Charles Malarkey from the York Early Intervention Programme and Lewis Gell from The Forgotten Boys. Whether you've boxed before or are completely new to it, these sessions will provide a fun, safe and supportive environment to: Following each boxing session, participants will also have the opportunity to get involved in activities focused on giving back to the community, helping young people develop positive connections and make a difference where they live. ✅ No experience necessary Come along, give it a try and be part of something positive!
We would like to say a huge thank you to all those that have been involved in the planning of this programme and we hope if offers a positive opportunity for young people to try something new and get involved in their community.
